  • Advise existing and potential wineries
  • Coordinate and direct Indiana State Fair International Wine Competition
  • Research and extension programs to assist local wineries, including:
    • Fermentation research
    • Wine analysis
    • Statewide workshops
    • Individual consulting on product development and facility management
    • Winery development and design
    • Faculty teaches an undergraduate wine
