9:00am - Meet at the Purdue Horticulture Research Farm
9:30am - Vineyard Tour and Fruit Sampling
11:30am - Lunch at Purdue Campus (transportation included)
12:30pm - Grape Processing
1:30pm - Laboratory Demonstrations
3:00pm - Fermentation Preparations
4:00pm - Workshop Adjourn (bus ride back to Hort farm)

| A two day symposium featuring enology, viticulture and marketing sessions. A banquet on Monday and luncheon on Tuesday will feature Indiana wines and gourmet food pairings. A tasting of Purdue research wines will be held Tuesday afternoon. |
